ABOUT US

IST stands for “Ideal Sip Therapy.” We don't just drink; we savor. Joy in every sip.

The idea for our own gin had been brewing in our minds for two years. We visited distilleries and festivals, talked with distillers and bartenders, educated ourselves, but most importantly, we tasted.

We sorted through our thoughts for quite a while, until it culminated in this joy. It's a mix of beloved flavors and aromas. The idea for the recipe was born during cycling trips through citrus groves in Spain. A significant component of our first gin, organic grapefruit, also comes from Spain.

There are two of us, Martin & Tomáš

Tomáš (left): A businessman by profession, a bartender and mixologist at heart.

Martin (right): A designer by profession, a creative person and gin collector.

Why do we do it?

Quality food and drink are important to us. Quality design and aesthetics. We love GIN! IST is great fun and a hobby for us. We try to connect everything.

What are our plans?

We're starting with gin, but we have more up our sleeve. The IST brand will be diverse. Let us surprise you.
