The Fever-Tree brand pioneered the premium mixer category. It all started in 2003 when its future co-owners, Charles Rolls and Tim Warrilow, met. They quickly agreed that tonic water and the broader category of premium non-alcoholic mixers needed a premium offering that would restore proper quality to mixed drinks. And so they decided to create such a product. Their completely different perspective, based primarily on quality ingredients, meant that the path to the final product also took a completely different direction. To find the highest quality ingredients, Charles and Tim first delved into historical books and then embarked on a fifteen-month journey through remote parts of the world. In 2005, they launched their first product, Premium Indian Tonic Water. Since then, they have introduced a range of others, all of which adhere to the original values – exceptional quality and 100% natural composition, with no added artificial colors, sweeteners, or preservatives.
